Experts suggest that meals should be guaranteed to have vegetables, and fruits should be eaten every day. One person should eat one kilogram of vegetables and half a catty of fruit per day.
It is reported that the 2019 National Nutrition Week will be widely carried out nationwide from May 12th to May 18th, and the National Nutrition Week of some provinces and cities has been officially launched.
