Vivi给我印象最深刻的活泼开朗，伶牙俐齿。跟我在网上看到的评论一样。非常有主持人的风范。
子为一开始上课，非常多的中文。加上她本身很忙，难得跟她电话沟通一次，很难去了解她的真实情况，给她帮助。后来一次电话沟通，让我对她的状况了解了很多，才得以更好的发挥Study Manger的作用，更好的帮助她的学习。
对于像子为这么忙的学员，我会更多的督促他们的学习。一旦有一次旷课，都会打电话提醒和询问原因。
子为不算非常刻苦认真的，但是她的例子会教会每一个人：时间是海绵里的水，挤一挤总会有。她可能在开会，只要能溜出来上课，就会上课。或者一上完课马上就会开会，也会坚持上课。她会尽量抽闲散的时间进行预习，以便保证上课的效果。复习的时间子为比较难保证，但是有空她还是会回听录音。那对她来说，学习的效率就非常重要。老师会利用课堂的几分钟复习一下上一次课的内容。学习管理老师会带领她复习，并且考察之前学习的成果。这样即使她自己花的复习时间不够，也会有成效啦。
子为一开始跟我说，朋友都觉得不可思议：用电话可以学好英语？而经过一段时间的学习，看到子为的成果，大家都改变了这种想法。新的东西，总是需要时间被证实的。感谢子为的不放弃，让更多的了解spiiker，认同spiiker。
我们在帮助Vivi学习英语的同时，她也教会了我们很多，比如宽容，吃亏是福，比如勤劳，耐心。她是个智慧女子。

She is a smart, she is gorgeous, and she has her own fabulous mind. She is so wonderful that we call her, Vivi.
The first class I met Vivi was so unforgettable. At that time she was only able to produce some simple sentences while for some complex sentence she would make some mistakes. I tried to correct her but I found in vain. She would forget them easily and make the same mistake again. She’s so busy that she doesn’t even have time to do any review or preview. I don’t think this is a good way to learn so I talk to her and build up an ineffably relationship with the characteristic girl. She knew where she is going and what she is going to achieve. The most important is she found her initial interest in English and from then on, she was eager to learn everything, everywhere and every moment. Now I can say that she is so charming when she express her idea and talk with me freely and confidently
