个人爱好：我是一个很健谈的人。为了更好的履行我的教学义务，我经常会把这种乐观积极的态度作为我的教学武器之一。我喜欢并推崇和别人交谈的方式，只要你想，没什么不可以。针对一件事分享各自的想法和主张，能让谈话双方融入到非常有趣的氛围当中进行学习。这不仅仅是让你表达自己观点的方式，你也能从中认识并尊重其他人的观点。让我们来聊些有意义的话题吧！

教学特色：在多年的教学生涯中，我一直都是采取互动式的学习方式。我相信每个人都有自己的不同之处和独特的沟通方式。虽然如此，身为老师，传道授业是我们工作中最重要的一部分。为了达到这个目的，我针对如何更有效快捷地教导学生总结出了一些规律。
教学需要责任心，你必须时刻清楚自己所做的每一件事。另一方面，与学生打交道的方式，还有如何让他们学到能够应付生活中各种挑战的知识，则是作为老师的责任心的体现。最后，我会适当激励学生，使他们能够认清自己的目标，特别是在英语学习这方面做出最大努力。
