上课到现在一直很关心我的学习。从刚开始上课的语音系统无法接通和无法录音的解决，到帮我选择适合我的老师。还有写作时遇到的问题，学习的方法等都很耐心和积极地解决。
每次和她的沟通都非常愉快。
在她的帮助和鼓励下，我对学习英语充满了热情和信心。我相信我会达到我想要的结果。

优点：
1. 很有耐心，对于学员的问题尽可能的解决
2. 对于学习方法有自己的见解
有待改进：
1. 工作很忙，对于学员的学习进度跟进有点慢
2. 缺少系统性评估方案，对于不同阶段的学员应该有不同的解决方案
3. “学习管理师”这个职位，应该是“学习指导”+“方法管理”吧。。。 -
