Calmness is often misunderstood as simply the absence of noise or excitement. However, it goes much deeper, affecting how we handle stress and interact with others. Even though it may be challenging to stay calm during difficult times, doing so allows us to maintain clarity and patience. By taking deep breaths and focusing on the present moment, we can gradually reduce anxiety. It is a fact that calmness improves mental health, and thus, investing time to cultivate it is worthwhile. Without calmness, decisions can become rushed and mistakes are more likely to happen.
