My teaching style is more personalized. Every learner has its own needs. As a teacher, I have to inculcate the basic skills like speaking, reading, writing, listening and comprehension.

I have been teaching English for 3 years. I worked in an academy for Korean students and an online ESL teacher. It's a pleasure to meet different people with their own culture and tradition.

It has been part of a teacher’s career to experience different situations, either good or not good. From this, it’s her choice how to strategize regarding her teaching skill in order to make the class still productive, interesting and fun. One best example is phone class. Since the teacher doesn’t has the chance to make gestures or use whiteboard to emphasize anything, what she can do is to maximize the things she has or can able to use – her voice. Her voice must be loud and audible enough, the clarity of the pronunciation must be evident and the firmness is also a must.

I was a high school English teacher for 2 years. And currently, I am working as an online teacher for Spiiker Telephone English for a year.

The first thing I will do is to make my students as comfortable as they by having them talk whatever they like to share. I will also encourage them to have an open communication so that I would also know if they are satisfied with my teaching abilities and to determine their weaknesses if any. I also believe that right practice makes perfect. So the more my students practice speaking in English, they will eventually learn to speak & understand the language well.

I have been working as an online teacher for eight months now. I started since January of this year. I was also a freelance English tutor for foreign students for a year and a half. I love teaching foreigners because I get to learn so many things from them. Learning about other countries and its culture is fantastic!

I’ve always been a believer of student-centered learning. I think that infusing knowledge and skills to imbibe in one’s life , has got to be done in the most imaginative and creative manner of learning. I practice a deep concern for giving out proper motivation and letting them have self- awareness of their academic goals especially in learning the basic rudiments of the English language. And finally, I would always encourage them to assess themselves and ensure them to exploit all possible learning avenues.Business courses , IELTS and TOEFL.

Being a Training Specialist for almost 15 years at a government office, I was mainly tasked to develop training modules, create curriculum proposals and conduct trainings programs to local entrepreneurs, exporters and importers, students and other professionals. Much of these were focused on the giving lectures on Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategies for both local and international Businesses. I went on to teach at the top universities and focused on Visual Merchandising and Marketing Strategies for 3 years. Finally, teaching English to university students became a pursuit so I changed gears and taught Communication English and English Literature. For Online English Education or ESL, I had a great privilege of teaching Koreans and Japanese students for almost 4 years and a half.

I think teaching should not only learning but having fun as well, I make it a point to make it fun and interesting by doing different teaching strategies and being active and cheerful all the time so that it won’t be boring, not only the student learned but enjoy too.

I was an English teacher to Koreans for almost 5 years, and also been to Germany for a year as English tutor to german kids.
